For the eighth year in a row, the Boo Squad Fund made it their mission to help families with Thanksgiving meals. The Thanksgiving Food Drive has always been near and dear to our hearts and on Sunday, November 24th, we distributed Thanksgiving dinner to 410 families, which began at 10am with the drive-through giveaway at Rulli Brothers on South Ave. in Boardman.
The families came from the school districts of Poland, Struthers, South Range, Springfield, Campbell, Girard and Howland. They also fed families of The Beatitude House, Making Kids Count,
The Purple Cat, DSAV, The Veteran’s Commission of Ashtabula County, Direction Homes, and several local churches, and many more local families in need.
