Anthony V. Spano Foundation (“us”, “we” or “our”) is committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of visitors to this website and to those communicating electronically with us. Here you’ll find information on how we treat data that we collect from visitors to our website and when someone makes an online purchase.

Browsing our Website
When someone visits spanofoundation.com, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Joining our Mailing List
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information. We use that information to provide you updates from the Spano Foundation, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, for verification of our records and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied with our service. We don’t sell, rent, or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter and store all personal information. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

What is our lawful bases for processing your information?

We process your information for the purpose of conducting and managing our business and to enable us to give you the best service and information.
