(Youngstown, OH) – The Anthony V. Spano Foundation School Supplies Fund is now accepting applications from schools and teachers to become a recipient of this year’s classroom supplies, which include a combination of organization items, pens, pencils, notebooks, and art supplies.
The Fund helps primary and secondary school teachers purchase much-needed supplies for their classrooms due to cutbacks from the state. To be considered to receive the donation of school supplies applications must be received by the deadline. All applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Schools located in Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Portage or Stark Counties in the State of Ohio will be eligible. This is due to the time frame on logistics with districts.
The application is for a school classrooms and/or districts that are in need of school supplies for their students and/or staff. The school supplies are organized with a mixed variety of supplies for students, teachers and administration.
To apply, visit the School Supplies Fund on the Spano Foundation website and click on the APPLY for SCHOOL SUPPLIES FUNDING link to complete the application. The deadline for completion is Friday, August 27, 2021 at 12pm to be considered to receive the donation of school supplies.
